• You must act in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not on a self-exclusion list or a list of individuals who have been banned from using gambling services.

Na777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. The identity verification process (KYC) is a standard procedure implemented to protect all platform members.

3 User Account & Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details, including your username and password. na777 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit, subject to limits set by your bank or payment provider.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Na777 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred. In the event of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, all balances and wins in the account may be fully forfeited.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the na777 support team. Prior to closure, all valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the required identity verification.
